I reached half an hour before the date. Punctuality is a must since I thought it was a pretty important date.
I met Eiko and Zyan first before Vince. They were quite satisfied with my new look. We had our lunch at vegelife while we were waiting for Vince those who still stuck in the jam in the parking.
He took about 1 hour to get parking and finally rushed to met us.
The last time I met Vince was century ago. In fact, it's just a year ago and I was felt like passed very very long time. He look slimmer than previous I thought, and depressed too. He told me he is suffering insomnia and it started happened from some events! Guy's burden. Zyan was finally fell in love, with a good looking guy. Eiko still in the VM pathway, and showing how workaholic to the job. Meanwhile, Vince is about the end of the internship.
We gone for a movie "Frozen" after a quick window shop. The movie was pretty nice, from disney 'tangled' production team. I was not only watch movie, but also a mother with her son cute and happy moment. It was nice to watch it together with your family.
Finally, we had a table for four dinner at Brotzeit German Bier Bar. A gorgeous Germany cuisine restaurant that I had ever been. I was a little afraid since the last experience with Jennifer. I don't want to try any "candle" taste food anymore. However, Vince was strongly recommended this restaurant as he had tried it several time and it was awesome. So, I was decided to try it again.
The food is super fine. I thought the previous restaurant I had been together with Jennifer is totally different as compared this. I will definitely bring Jennifer back to Brotzeit for a great taste Germany cuisine.
The food we have order:
Nürnberger / Grilled pork and chicken Sausages
We choose the side dish Sautéed mixed vegetables with mashed potatoes
Fladen Spinat / Spinach Pizza
Brotzeit® Brot
The portion is big, I strongly recommended you should go with a group of friends except you think you can finish a big portion food.
It was a candle light dinner date for us since it has a candle placed in the middle. Well, the candle was actually put on the table without any purpose. Since there is no electricity supply in a sudden, so the waiters were thought to give us a very romantic time. We were actually thought there was a surprise event (birthday celebration) happening, some people even sang birthday song. In the end, that was a real electricity cut off.
It was really delicious Germany cuisine that I ever had. You might probably go for this if you like sausage or something sour and big in portion. It is class and romantic environment, you probably can brings your family, friends and loved one for birthday/ anniversary/ special day celebration.
